Ridgefield Rebels Softball ...

... is a fastpitch softball organization fielding teams at the 10U, 12U, 14U and 16U levels of PONY, ASA, NSA, and FCFSL league and tournament play. The Rebels were founded in 2004 to provide young softball players from Ridgefield, CT the opportunity to play softball at a higher level in tournaments and the local Fairfield County league as an alternative to intramural or house league play in order to better prepare them for their Ridgefield High School days.

Rebels teams are hand-picked by staff and guest coaches in rigorous on-field tryouts and enjoy intensive year-round training, with access to private instruction, group coaching, and conditioning.

The 2010 season promises to be especially challenging and rewarding, as all six teams are slated to appear in multiple tournaments featuring the finest opposing programs in the Fairfield County, Tri-State and New England regions. The 2010 season will kick off with the Rebels second annual Sunrise Cottage Benefit Tournament with teams from the 12U and 14U age levels.
